There is that special energy that returns each year, as punctual as a refrain you know by heart: the lights coming on, the stage coming back into focus, the songs destined to become hits. Sanremo is here again, and with it FantaSanremo.

The Italian Music Festival is the setting for much more than just musical notes: excitement, Vip hunts, squares and nightlife: is one of the symbolic events of Ligurian and the Riviera dei Fiori tourism. Registration opened for the online game linked to the Festival di Sanremo on 7 January. The game can be accessed via a dedicated application, officially kicking off a new edition.

FantaSanremo is a game that has now become an integral part of the Festival, capable of turning every performance, slip or improvised joke into precious points (or dreaded penalties). A way to be part of the city of Sanremo’s most eagerly awaited event. The town is a tourist destination in Liguria but the sensations can be experienced from afar.

How does FantaSanremo work?

The Fantasanremo application works simply and intuitively. After registering for the dedicated game, each player has 100 baudi, the game’s currency named in memory of Pippo Baudo, to create a team of 7 competing artists. The team is then to lined up choosing five starters and two reserves, also appointing a captain from among the starters.

During the evenings of the Festival, artists earn or lose points based on advantages or deducations related to performances, on-stage behaviour and ranking. The goal is to accumulate as many points as possible and climb the rankings of your own league, experiencing Sanremo night after night in an even more exciting way.
