From 24 to 26 April 2026 Flauer arrives in Alassio to discover the properties of flowers and plants and the deep connection between food and the area
Three days of tastings, show cooking, from 24 to 26 April with the cuisine of plants, flowers and herbs, full of taste and sustainability, discovering the Mediterranean aromas and authentic flavours of Liguria and Umbria and France (guest areas) in the wonder of Alassio between Piazza Partigiani and Porto Luca Ferrari.

Organised by the Marina di Alassio, in collaboration with the City of Alassio and the Chamber of Commerce of the Liguria Rivieras, and under the patronage of the Region of Liguria, Flauer Alassio 2026 transforms gastronomic culture into a vivid experience of true contact with nature. An event with a Mediterranean touch featuring stories and recipes with authentic flavours from Liguria and Umbria, the event’s host region. The deep connection between food, territory and food sustainability will be explored, with a rich programme of master classes, show cooking, outdoor experiences and much more dedicated.
The programme
Masterclasses, showcooking and tastings, ‘foraging’ treks (going for herbs), courses to learn how to recognise wild herbs and prepare innovative dishes, infusions, botanical mixology (the art of making cocktails) and various uses of flowers in the arts.
