You’ll visit the ancient water-powered mill dating back to 1830 with stone millstones, and you will experience how to grind our own grains.
Next, you’ll visit our distillery, the first and only distillery in Liguria where whisky is produced by our own flours! Afterward, you’ll be able to taste it in our ‘focaccia’ or bread, along with a tasting of our spirits.
