3 ways to recognise a good extra virgin oil from a low-quality one!Hosted by a family business producing EVO oil from the Taggiasca cultivar, you will learn how to recognise it and know how to choose the best oil for your palate!I will be waiting for you in the car park of the village of APRICALE, and together we will decide whether to walk to the olive grove (about a 40-minute walk) or to proceed by car.If you choose the walking route, we will pass through the enchanting village of Apricale. Beyond the village begins our walk among the olive trees, the path is easy but slightly uphill.When you arrive at our olive grove, I will tell you about the cultivation of the olive tree from the initial pruning to the harvest and subsequent pressing.You will taste our EVO oil and I will teach you how to recognise its characteristics and differences compared with oils from other sources.
