Rolli Days Winter Edition 2024: from January 19th to the 21st, is a journey between the sacred and the profane of Genoa, all while listening to Fabrizio De André.
Noble and beautiful streets alongside humble ones; brand new roads that once and still govern the city, just a stone’s throw away from humble and dark alleys, populated by ordinary people and the poor. The winter edition of Rolli Days, from January 19 to 21, 2024, will be dedicated to social contrasts, inspired by the words of Fabrizio De André, 25 years after his passing.
The Rolli Days
The Rolli Days are the event through which Genoa celebrates its Palaces, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2006. Scientific communicators and art experts will guide visitors through a fabulous journey among sumptuous palaces and churches, magnificent works of art, and splendid architectures. These places, listed in the public housing records known as “Rolli,” were, based on a public lottery, intended to host high-ranking personalities visiting Genoa on State visits.
The Rolli Days 2023 Winter Edition
This year, the Rolli Days will take place from January 19 to 21, 2024, and will be titled “Sacred and Profane.” Just like in a ballad for Genoa sung by the voice of Fabrizio De André, they will be dedicated to the social contrasts often addressed in the lyrics of the Genoese singer-songwriter.
The Palaces to Visit
