You’ll spend days discovering an ancient craft, the miller, and its strange declination: the… distiller.
You’ll visit the ancient water-powered mill dating back to 1830 with stone millstones, adjacent to our facility, and experience grinding our own grains. Next, you’ll visit our distillery, the first and only distillery in Liguria where we produce whisky using our own flour! Afterward, you’ll be able to sample the product in the form of focaccia or bread, and enjoy a tasting of our spirits on site.
