Realdo, Upper Argentina Valley. The village houses open their doors to welcome hikers and holidaymakers. Each Realdo family interprets the menu in their own way, with the only limitation being some typical ingredients of the “cucina bianca”, white cuisine: sugeli, potatoes, and toma brigasca. Beyond that, local cooks have free rein to unleash their creativity.
We meet in the morning and take advantage of a guided hike around the village. After lunch, enthusiasts and the curious can indulge in Occitan dances.
For organizational purposes, reservations must be made by June 23rd via email: info@realdovive.it or WhatsApp: 3391183146; upon confirmation, you will also receive information about which house you will be assigned to. In the case of groups wishing to dine together, please specify in the request.
Each participant will leave a contribution to the hosting house at their discretion.
