Courage and resilience. These are the qualities of those who know how to face the sea and those who find themselves living with disabilities. In Liguria, the sea and sport also highlight these important qualities: on March 26 and 27 in Chiavari, the second stage of the 4th Regional Paralympic Sailing Championship, “Hansa 303” class.

The Chiavari stage

Conceived by the Nautical Commission of the CIP Liguria, it sees the inclusion of the second annual event in Chiavari, organised by the local section of the Lega Navale Italiana.

The boats

The Hansa 303 boats, thanks to their characteristics, limited size (3.03 x 1.35 m), stable keels, high buoyancy hull, colored and easily identifiable sails, also allow people with severe disabilities to fully experience the sea in simplicity and practicality. They have become a true tool for inclusion that year after year have brought Paralympic sailing throughout Liguria and Italy.
