The Event

What is Bergeggi MareFest? An event to explore the Bergeggi Island Marine Protected Area through sports. A beautiful and fragile territory to love with respect and curiosity, featuring a Regional Nature Reserve, coral reefs, Posidonia oceanica meadows, cliffs, caves, and small coves of the Marine Protected Area, a true treasure trove of biodiversity, history, and legend. Bergeggi MareFest is organised by the Bergeggi Island Marine Protected Area, the Municipality of Bergeggi, and has the support of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security.

The Programme

There will be two days of outdoor activities and sports: canoeing, swimming, snorkeling, yoga, and trekking to fall in love with Bergeggi and its environment. All events are free, and the complete programme is available on the AMP Bergeggi website.*
