Festival of the Mind 2024
Festival of the Mind is dedicated to creativity and the birth of ideas, the event will take place on August 30th, 31st, and September 1st, 2024, in Sarzana.
The Festival of the Mind is held every year at the end of summer in the historic village of Sarzana, within the imposing fortress of Firmafede and in various locations throughout the city.
The 2024 edition: the XXI edition, will take place on August 30th, 31st, and September 1st and will bring philosophers, artists, writers who will be involved in numerous events, shows dedicated to kids, lessons, and conferences organised under the direction of Benedetta Marietti. There will also be a section for children and teenagers curated by Francesca Gianfranchi.
During the three day event, Italian and international speakers propose meetings, readings, performances, workshops, and moments of cultural enrichment, investigating the changes, energies, and hopes of today’s society with a language accessible to all.
The festival is promoted by the Carispezia Foundation and the Municipality of Sarzana.
