A historical trail among centuries-old and thousand-year-old olive trees, their history, a narrator’s voice with a visit to a fossils and prehistoric bones museum (the ‘Non estinguiamoci’ museum) and the olive tree museum. The trip ends at the farm with a multi-sensory tasting and storytelling to be involved in the work and process of harvesting olives and their processing during the tasting.
