A cookery school morning lesson to discover the secrets of traditional Ligurian dishes and home-made pasta.
During the lesson, the following dishes will be presented:
– Ripieni alla genovese (Genoese-style stuffed vegetables)
– Lasagne al pesto
Each participant will actively participate in the lesson by cooking under our guidance:
– Ripieni (stuffed vegetables)
Each participant will receive a sheet containing the recipes and instructions for preparing the dishes presented.
The morning lesson ends with a lunch in which the dishes presented in the cookery school will be served accompanied by a Ligurian wine.
