Frantoio Novella&Vignolo is an old family-run oil mill that has been present for over 160 years in Mulinetti, a small town in the municipality of Recco. Every autumn and winter we process olives with care and dedication. Processing is based on ancient and precise rules, every detail is taken care of in order to obtain a high quality product; from olives selection to their processing methods, strictly through mechanical procedures, and cold extraction, always trying to combine the best olive oil traditions with increasingly advanced technologies in order to provide the best quality possible.
