Go Water walking on Laigueglia’s shoreline

Submerged to the waist along the shoreline, the Water March is a dynamic and healthy activity that lies between marine hiking and fitness. Laigueglia with its endless beach of fine sand is the ideal gym for practising this young and dynamic sport, suitable for everyone. Moreover you will have the possibility to practise it the whole year round ( even during Winter) thanks to the favourable climate of western Liguria and the mild water temperature in the Baia del Sole. This bay is one of the most beautiful and extensive sandy seabed on the Ligurian Riviera.
Our instructors, qualified at the Libertas Regional Sports School and certified by CONI, will be there to accompany you during this amazing experience.

Equipment required: during Winter we recommend to wear a wetsuit. We can supply it on request with an extra cost. During summer we recommend technical shorts and t-shirt and for what concerns shoes we recommend rock shoes or sneakers. we can provide everything on request.
