In the event of adverse weather and sea conditions or for reasons of force majeure, the operator is entitled to inform the participants of the cancellation of the excursion no later than 24 hours prior to the activity. In case of adverse weather-sea conditions or for reasons of force majeure the operator may get back to the port earlier.
