Fantozzi: A Tragedy by Paolo Villaggio

At the Ivo Chiesa Theatre in Genoa from January 30th to February 11th, the human comedy of the characters created by Paolo Villaggio unfolds under the directorial vision of Davide Livermore. From the wife Pina to the daughter Mariangela, from colleagues Filini and Calboni to Miss Silvani: comedic characters, yet with echoes of classical tragedies, of fateful and inevitable destinies, of adventures and defeats. Taking the stage is Gianni Fantoni, long-time collaborator of Paolo Villaggio and inheritor of his theatrical mask. A “monstrous” interpretation!
The show will be broadcasted in over 50 locations across Liguria, including nursing homes and prisons.
