Olioliva: taste Imperia’s new olive oil
Olioliva, will be held in Imperia from the 3rd to the 5th of November 2023. It is one of the most awaited events of Autumn across Liguria; dedicated to one of the ‘food and wine’ products, making it an ambassador of Liguria: Extra-virgin olive oil.
Oliolive is held annually at the start of November in the historic centre of Oneglia, Imperia to celebrate the gold of western Liguria, fresh olive oil.
The city centre streets of Oneglia will be filled with the spices and balsamic scents of the oil. You will also be able to taste the nectar of the Imperian hills in the stands and stalls selling typical products from the area. The event is open to all families and will include three days of tastings, visits to the olive groves, oil mills and farms in the areas.
There will be cuisine workshops, conferences, meetings, more workshops, tours of the countryside plus other secondary events.
