In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure, you will receive a full refund of the already paid fee. In case of cancellation by you up to 24 hours before the start of the experience, you will receive a voucher equal to the already paid fee, which you can use to book your experience again. In case of cancellation by you within 24 hours before the event, no refund will be provided.
Our experiential workshops are always confirmed even in case of rain or snow, unless any weather alert (yellow, orange, or red) is issued.
