At our farm La Rocca in Villa Faraldi, in the valley of olive oil, in the Ligurian West Riviera, we will hold a lecture on extra virgin olive oil and its history, trying to introduce you to our gold and to make you experience our passion for our land and its olive trees.
We will begin our experience discovering the Taggiasca cultivar oil and the methods of cultivation and harvesting of olives, with a tour of one of our olive groves in the hills at an altitude of 100 m, located at the bottom of the valley, then we will drive together following the company car.
Our visit will end at the Agriturismo, in a typical Ligurian hinterland village on a hillside 170 m above sea level, with a view of the sea 6 km to the south. Here, there will be an open-air guided tasting of our Taggiasca cultivar extra virgin olive oil, our highly appreciated table olives and our pâtés.
