Insights
The Rosato pairs well with fresh summer dishes based on fish, white meat, and vegetables. The Bianco is perfect to enjoy both as an aperitif and with simple dishes based on fish or white meat. The Rosso, suitable throughout the meal, is particularly well-suited to red meat or roasted dishes. The Bianco is served at a temperature of 12-14°C, in medium-sized tulip glasses with a tall stem.
Features
The Liguria di Levante IGP Bianco has a lively straw yellow colour of varying intensity; on the nose, it is delicate, pleasant, persistent, and slightly fruity. It can also be found in a sparkling version. The Liguria di Levante IGP Rosso has a more or less intense ruby red colour, tending to garnet with aging; it can also be found in sparkling and Novello versions. The Liguria di Levante IGP Rosato has a light or bright pink colour; the aromas are delicately fruity.
How it's made
Whites, reds, and rosés must be made from grapes sourced from vineyards consisting, within the estate, of one or more white or red grape varieties suitable for cultivation in the area. The production zone falls within the province of La Spezia and includes lands suitable for vine cultivation.
