Appointment with the legend on March 18th

Departure from Milan, at the legendary Vigorelli Velodrome, historic place for world cycling. Arrival after about 299 kilometers in Sanremo, on the avenue of Via Roma in the city of the Ligurian Riviera.

So, the Milano Sanremo, the very classic for cycling enthusiasts, returns to the ancient route.

In the Ligurian stretch, the runners will face the 934 meters climb at the Colle di Nava.

From the top there, will be just about 70 kilometers to go before the arrival in Sanremo. The original route will be taken in Imperia to tackle the legendary Cipressa and Poggio.

A week later, a historical re-enactment will take place on 23td-26th of March 2023.
