Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of our cancellation terms. The hotelier shall be entitled to claim the following penalties, calculated on the total amount of the reservation, as compensation in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the customer: - cancellation received within 5 days prior to arrival: 30% penalty - cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival: 100% penalty - failure to cancel the reservation: 100% penalty In the event of early departure, the hotelier is entitled to demand payment for the entire period booked Cancellations for holiday or special events periods will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the check-in date. Hotel Relais Al Convento reserves the right to credit the total amount due in the event of cancellations after this period.
