Interactive and entertaining tasting in Italian, English, French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic.Only genuine wines and liqueurs from our Ligurian region: in addition to the in-house production of the Vinaccieri Ballerini, we have two hundred labels from all over our region on our wine list, and we will be able to build the best experience with you according to your needsTastings can be customised and adapted to the needs and budget of both individuals and groups.The tasting is accompanied by samplings of typical products such as our vegetable pies, typical Castiglione Chiavarese and Sant’Olcese cured meats, our marinated focaccias kneaded daily by hand, and a few fish delicacies depending on the daily catch.There is also the possibility of combining wine tasting with lunch or dinner, for a complete food and wine tour.Finally, you will also be able to purchase the wines you tasted and take them away.
