The Michelin Guide: Italy 2024 has been released, serving as the international reference for evaluating the quality of hotels and restaurants. Emphasis is consistently placed on sustainable dining, ingredient quality, and exceptional environments. The number of Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy has increased by 10, reaching a total of 395. The creativity of Ligurian chefs has enabled the region to gain two additional restaurants while maintaining those from the previous year, resulting in a total of 13 Michelin-star restaurants.
