Giubileo in Liguria: Ponente

The Ventimiglia Sanremo diocese has many jubilee churches and sites for pilgrimages and indulgences, as well as a number of hospital chapels for patients: Vetta del Redentore on Mount Saccarello and Santuario Basilica della Madonna Miracolosa in Taggia on 11 March; Santuario di Nostra Signora della Costa in Sanremo on 15 August; and Basilica Concattedrale di San Siro in Sanremo on 13 October. The jubilee churches in the Imperia Albenga diocese are Cattedrale di San Michele Arcangelo in Albenga and Concattedrale di San Maurizio in Imperia. Moreover, Basilica San Giovanni Battista in Imperia, Santuario di Pontelungo, and San Nicolò in Pietra Ligure also serve as jubilee churches, respectively on 23-24 June, 1-2 July, and 7-8 July. In the diocese of Savona and Noli, the jubilee churches are Cattedrale Nostra Signora Assunta and Santuario Nostra Signora di Misericordia in Savona and the collegiate churches San Biagio in Finalborgo and Sant’Ambrogio Vescovo in Varazze.

Jubilee churches in Genoa and its hinterland

There are five jubilee churches in the diocese of Genoa: the Cathedral, Santuario della Guardia, Santuario del Gesù Bambin di Praga in Arenzano, Santuario del Suffragio in Recco, and Santuario della Guardia in Gavi. In the hinterland, which partly depends on the diocese of Tortona, the jubilee churches are: on 17 May, Santuario di Montebruno; on 31 May, Nostra Signora della Bastia in Busalla; on 6 September, Nostra Signora della Guardia in Crocefieschi; on 29 June, San Pietro on Mount Antola; and on 8 September 2025, Santa Maria Assunta in Montebruno .

Jubilee in East Liguria

There are three jubilee Churches in the diocese of Chiavari:  Cattedrale di Nostra Signora dell’Orto in Chiavari, Santuario di Nostra Signora di Montallegro in Rapallo, and Santuario di Nostra Signora della Guardia in Velva. In the La Spezia and Sarzana diocese, the jubilee churches are Cattedrale di Cristo Re in Spezia, Concattedrale Basilica di Santa Maria Assunta in Sarzana, and Concattedrale dei Santi Pietro, Lorenzo and Colombano in Brugnato. Jubilee events will be held during the year at the Marian shrines of Soviore, Rovereto, Grazie and Mirteto in Ortonovo.
